Our durable Plastic Modular Belt Conveyor is FDA and USDA certified for meat and poultry production as well as dairy processing. Belts are available in a wide variety of belt materials, styles and profiles to fit any application’s specific needs. The unique modular design allows belt lengths to be modified without the need for specialty equipment or additional drives, saving you time and money. They are also customizable with flights, friction inserts, washable hinges, metal detectable materials and many different color options.
Our Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors also incorporate wear strips and side guides made from oil-impregnated UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene). These plastic extrusions feature excellent impact strength and abrasion resistance, as well as a low coefficient of friction and very good chemical resistance.
